Operations Assistant (Automotive Logistics)

Cogent Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd provides automotive logistics services in storage and transportation of cars. As Operations Assistant, you will be performing day-to-day operations tasks to check, move, arrange and release vehicle in the storage area.

• Perform physical checking of the cargo (car), take photos and report if there is any damage
• Liaise internally with Customer Service personnel to submit stock count to LTA
• Shift and plan parking space for PMD and bicycle impounded by LTA
• Assist in storage space management
• Assist superior in checking of stock
• Perform physical checking of the cargo (car), take photos and report if there is any damage to the car before driving it to the storage area
• Assist in inventory management in storage site including barcode scanning
• Shifting / driving and sorting the cars
• Assist to handle port operation at PSA port including port clearance operations

• Higher Nitec, Nitec, GCE 'O' level, GCE 'N' level
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Class 3 driving licence (preferred)
