Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Strategise and execute innovative branding, marketing, communications and social media campaigns to engage and influence students, employer partners and University stakeholders
  2. Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all digital and print platforms, including social media, newsletters, website, event collateral, and employer communications
  3. Work with various stakeholders and project manage multi-channel campaigns to increase student engagement in career programmes and services as well as key initiatives including Career Fest, Open House etc
  4. Establish tracking system and analyse marketing campaign performance to improve decision-making and quality of stakeholder engagement
  5. Leverage storytelling, student success cases, and data-driven insights to amplify the visibility and impact of Career Centre initiatives.
  6. Provide guidance and leadership to team members
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or in a related field
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Metric driven, with proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing communications strategies (preferably relating to digital marketing) with measurable results
  • Strong strategic thinking, project and vendor management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment, with a high-volume event calendar
  • Passion for experimentation and adept in originating creative concepts
  • Excellent verbal, written and editing communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with various stakeholders
