Job Description & Responsibilities
Position: PermanentHours: Retail hours (weekends included)
Follow up call from responses received.
Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments vial call /message and email.
Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area and receive customers with greetings upon their arrival at the outlet, answering enquiries about treatment services
Responsible for processing transactions and other ad hoc duties
Requirements- Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
- Willing to work retail hours.
- Telemarketing / Customer service-related experience will be an added advantage.
- Target driven and customer service oriented.
- Strong Interest in the Beauty grooming industry (Hair Care, Beauty, Slimming).
- Positive, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Salary up to $4,000 (With Commission)
