We are looking for a dedicated F&B Operations Executive to support our Halal food manufacturing operations. The role ensures smooth daily production, compliance with MUIS Halal standards, and coordination of automated equipment to deliver consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production workflow and minimise downtime.
- Monitor and support automated machinery operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Halal, HACCP, and ISO22000 standards.
- Conduct hygiene and safety checks.
- Manage raw material and packaging inventory, ensuring FIFO.
- Maintain accurate production logs and operational records.
Requirements:
- Experience in food manufacturing or F&B operations (Halal environment is an advantage).
- Understanding of production processes, food safety, and basic automation equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
