Human Resources & Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive HR & Operations Executive to support both our people and daily business operations. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring smooth internal processes, from recruitment and onboarding to operational coordination.

Working closely with the team, you will help manage administrative and operational workflows, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to maintaining an organized and positive work environment. Your work will directly support the efficiency and growth of our expanding retail and e-commerce business.

Employment Type: Contract (6 months)

What you’ll be doing

Human Resources
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and manage job descriptions and job postings across multiple recruitment platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates.
  • Onboarding & Employee Development: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization while supporting employee development through training coordination and guidance.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and organize team engagement initiatives and monthly bonding activities to promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen team collaboration.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation and databases are updated in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Payroll & Manpower Coordination: Support payroll administration and monitor manpower allocation to ensure operational requirements are met.
Operations
  • Resource Management: Support the effective management of financial and material resources to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Process Governance: Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly to ensure operational consistency and compliance with company standards.
  • Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Operational Oversight: Develop a strong understanding of day-to-day operations including invoicing, order processing, fulfilment coordination, and customer service support.
  • Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs and operational priorities.
  • Daily Housekeeping Duties
What we’re looking for
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR and/or operations required
  • Knowledge in social media (Instagram, TikTok) and proficiency in basic tools (MS Office, Excel)
  • Strong Initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and the team
  • Knowledge or interest in crystals is an advantage
  • Number of workdays: 5 days (9am-6pm)
