A manufacturing MNC company is looking for a 6 months Account Executive.

Job Description:

Account Receivable

・Review and post manual invoice in system.
・Performing AR closing and report.

Account Payable

・Review and post manual invoice in system.

・Input Misc. Invoice for approval.
・Prepare payment for suppliers.
・Perform AP closing and report.
・Liaise with Vendors for monthly reconciliation.

Monthly closing

・Prepare Bank reconciliation.

・Prepare Sales reconciliation.
・Prepare Sales and Purchase reports.

Others

・UAT for relevant module.

・Any other task assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

・Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Accounting
・Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting
・Knowledge and understand operations in accounting. - Knowledge for Taxation (e.g GST) will be an advantage
・Able to work in a team a good interaction with people.
・Experience in trading (import and export) and service industry preferred

・Able to work from May until end November
