We are seeking an exceptionally organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a high-level executive in both professional and personal capacities. This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual with strong administrative, lifestyle management, and HR coordination skills.
The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex schedules, household operations, travel arrangements, confidential information, and staff coordination with utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, emails, communications, and meeting preparation
- Organise international travel, detailed itineraries, and event planning
- Oversee household staff, maintenance, and luxury lifestyle logistics
- Handle confidential documents and gatekeeping duties with discretion
- Coordinate HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and compliance
- Run personal errands, manage wardrobe, and oversee wellness scheduling
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Support with charitable, social, and family engagements
Requirements:
- Only for Singaporean Citizens & Permanent Resident Holders
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar PA, EA, or lifestyle management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity and ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in office software, tech-savvy with devices and smart home systems
- Flexible, adaptable, and available to support beyond regular hours when needed
