About the role
As a Business Development Manager at Muhr Asia Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. What you'll be doing- Proactively research and identify potential new customers and markets for waste management solutions in the Facilities Managment sector
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business partnerships and contracts
- Engage in prospecting activities, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and content to support the sales process
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of sales opportunities and provide regular progress updates
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Business Management or relevant related discipline from a recognised tertiary institute.
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences in facilities management and business development portfolios.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
- A driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
