Application Processing Officer* Govt

Looking for a detail-oriented individual to support application processing and serve as the main point of contact for applicants. This role focuses on reviewing applications, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth process from start to end.

• Salary up to $3300– $4,500
• Contract: 3 months (renewable up to 12 months)
• Office Hour, Mon to Fri
• Exposure to structured and professional environment
• Good experience in application processing and stakeholder management

• Review and assess applications to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Follow up with applicants on missing information or documents
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the assessment process
• Handle enquiries and provide updates to applicants
• Track application status and maintain proper records
• Support post-approval processes and documentation

• Min Degree holder with 1 year of admin / customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Singaporean only
