Physiotherapist [ Nursing Home / AHPC Registered ]

Basic Salary: $6000 - $8000+

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for residents to improve mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.
• Manage assigned caseloads, including conducting assessments, reassessments, goal setting, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Monitor residents’ progress and adjust rehabilitation programmes based on clinical needs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and participate in case discussions, care planning, and family meetings.
• Educate residents, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques, mobility strategies, and therapeutic exercises to support ongoing care.
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of physiotherapy services, including risk assessment, equipment usage, and compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and basic administrative requirements in accordance with organisational policies.
• Support departmental activities through participation in team meetings, staff training, student supervision, and continuous professional development.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in hospital or nursing home setting.
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
