Assistant Operations Manager

- You shall assist the Operations Manager in the formulation of efficient and effective processes to respond to calls in a timely and accurate manner, while providing excellent customer service to callers.
- You shall monitor and ensure that the KPls are met or exceeded.
- You shall monitor service level performance and quality of service delivered by the team.
- You are required to generate the team's monthly duty roster and manage manpower allocation.
- You will be involved the Pre and Post Tender processes which includes tender administrations, competitive costing generation, tender submission, contract and operational management.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
