Loan Operations Officer (Bank I Up to 3.4k I East)

• Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities
• Prepare Credit Approvals (CAs), prescreening of Mortgage applications, track CA progress during approval process, and ensure approvals are received in compliance with policy/recorded in database accurately
• Maintain accurate insurance records and controls to ensure timely follow-up and renewals of required insurance for equipment and equipment liability
• Perform data entry for Mortgage facility
• Retrieval of portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors as well as contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings
• Will be expected to rotate and support various other admin duties such as handling emails pertaining to property valuation, prepare and send out letter of instructions to vendors, data reconciliations

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Fast learning and multi-task capability
• Can-do positive mindset
