Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Corporate Secretarial Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of local and international clients in ensuring compliance with Singapore’s corporate governance and statutory regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing excellent service.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Prepare and file statutory documents with ACRA (e.g., annual returns, board resolutions, share transfers, etc.)
  • Maintain and update corporate records such as statutory registers and minute books
  • Handle incorporation of companies, striking-off, and other ad-hoc corporate secretarial matters
  • Assist with drafting directors' resolutions in writing, meeting minutes, and related documentation
  • Monitor and ensure timely compliance with filing deadlines under the Companies Act
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, auditors, and other stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial Manager and Senior Associates
  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and compliance requirements in Singapore

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work (those without experience but with strong academic qualifications may be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of the Companies Act and ACRA requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong command of written and spoken English

Preferred:

  • Strong command of written and spoken Chinese

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
