About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage inventory operations and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our beauty retail store. The role is responsible for stock management, supplier coordination, receiving shipments, and ensuring products are accurately tracked and available at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
  • Monitor inventory levels across retail and storage locations.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming products.
  • Perform regular stock counts and monthly stock reconciliations.
  • Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Manage stock transfers between locations.
Logistics & Operations
  • Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and courier partners.
  • Prepare products for store replenishment and customer orders.
  • Organise and maintain storage areas following company standards.
  • Ensure products are stored safely and according to expiry requirements.
  • Assist with import and export documentation when required.
Supplier Coordination
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Track shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.
  • Support procurement activities and maintain supplier records.
Reporting & Systems
  • Update inventory management and POS systems.
  • Generate inventory, sales, and stock movement reports.
  • Support management with forecasting and replenishment planning.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations.
  • Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or retail industries is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 15-20 kg.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with POS and inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of Singapore retail operations and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with barcode scanning and stocktaking processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Inventory accuracy above 98%.
  • Zero stock discrepancies due to operational errors.
  • Timely replenishment of retail inventory.
  • On-time processing of all incoming shipments.
  • Accurate monthly stock reconciliation.

Reporting Line

Reports to the Operations Manager / COO.

This role will work closely with store managers, beauty advisors, finance, and external suppliers to ensure efficient inventory and logistics operations.
