Warehouse & Inventory Executive (Up to 3.5k / 6 months)

• Working opportunity in a leading pharmaceutical company
• Basic salary is up to $3,500
• Location: Labrador Park
• 5 days per week, Monday - Friday

• Prior experience in warehouse or inventory control is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent qualifications

• Oversee inventory tasks including receiving, logging, QC, storage, and distribution, while keeping shelves organised and records accurate.
• Operate inventory control systems to process stock efficiently.
• Generate and analyse daily/weekly reports to support data accuracy and drive process improvements.
• Manage internal material requisitions, maintain pre-assembly stock, prepare interlab shipments, and coordinate with logistics for documentation and dispatch.
• Participate in stock counts, manage call-off orders, cover for other stock controllers when needed.
