APAC Business Data Analyst - Bukit Batok

The role involves cleaning and structuring data, developing reports, identifying trends, and contributing to continuous improvement in business processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales, Operational & Logistics Data Analysis

• Analyse APAC site-level data across sales, operations, and logistics to support performance monitoring
• Review In-Do-Out process metrics to identify delays, resource gaps, or performance variances by sites
• Track and report on key indicators such as throughput, turnaround time, and transport efficiency
• Coordinate with site to validate data and support improvement initiatives through data-driven insights

1. Finance Performance Support

• Review and analyze P&L-related data to highlight key cost, margin, and performance trends
• Assist in preparing monthly performance summaries for internal review
• Support budget planning and profitability analysis by site or business line

1. Data Preparation & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources (e.g. ERP, Zoho, site trackers) for reporting purposes
• Develop or update recurring dashboards and reports in tools such as Excel or PowerBI
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy in all reports by following defined metrics and logic

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with APAC site teams and internal department (Business Development, Operations, Finance) to understand data needs
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and help translate data into actionable business insights
• Maintain documentation for reporting templates and support alignment across sites
• Any other duties as assigned by superior/senior management

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within logistics, sales operations, or finance
• Experience working with large datasets and translating business needs into actionable insights
• Familiarity with regional APAC operations or multi-site reporting is a strong advantage

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or profitability modeling
• Experience in a regional role or cross-country data consolidation
• Basic understanding of supply chain or warehouse operations is a plus
