Overview:

Effective communication of complex insights to non-technical stakeholders and a collaborative mindset are key.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work across all aspects of data from engineering to building sophisticated visualizations, machine learning models and experiments.
• Analyze and interpret large (PB-scale) volumes of transactional, operational and customer data using proprietary and open-source data tools, platforms and analytical tool kits.
• Translate complex findings into simple visualizations and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives.
• Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical.
• Certain knowledge of Mathematical Finance and Financial Markets, for example Algorithmic Trading, Derivative Pricing, Portfolio and Risk Management, Dynamic Programming, and Numerical Methods.
• Ability to integrate CRM platform with internal data visualization platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Explain technical results to non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Mathematics/Statistics/Information System/Computer Science/Business Analytics/Data Science or relevant field.
• At least 6 years of work experience as a Quantitative Analyst or Data Analyst in a financial firm.
• Coding skills in Python, knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or other similar tools.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning methodologies, including Clustering techniques, Factor Modelling, Reinforcement Learning, and Advanced Statistics.
• Collaborative, team player, open minded, and easy to work with.
• Proficient presentation skills and high attention to detail.
• A strong eye for detail and precision
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including analytics, in order to aid conversion tracking and reporting will be preferred.
• Expertise and proven experience or knowledge in CRM software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo) will be a plus.
• Experience with Business Development is a plus to understand business needs and identify opportunities through data. Can provide predictive and preemptive data for business.
