Summary Benefit :

• Basic Salary up $3400

Responsibility :

• Oversee and coordinate the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping equipment to ensure consistently high standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels and proper utilisation of supplies and equipment.
• Monitor room turnover and allocate manpower/resources efficiently to support smooth operations.
• Plan and organise daily shift activities, including task allocation and workflow coordination.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure work is carried out in accordance with SOPs and quality expectations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and implement recovery actions to minimise operational disruptions.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development to housekeeping team members to improve performance.
• Support housekeeping operations by assisting with cleaning duties when required.

Requirement :

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or hotel operations.
