As a Senior Staff Nurse - (Peritoneal Dialysis), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Deliver nursing care and clinical support to patients undergoing dialysis.
- Prepare both the patient and necessary equipment for each dialysis session.
- Perform nursing procedures such as cannulation using sterile technique.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and maintain safety throughout the dialysis process.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment, self-care, and strategies to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment responses, and care provided.
- Strictly follow nursing protocols, infection control standards, SOPs, and keep treatment areas clean and sterilized.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing
- Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
