Sales Co-ordinator
(Indoor Sales for Valves, Pipes & Fittings)
Responsibility- Handle sales enquiry and customer’s purchase order
- Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
- Liaison with customer on product quality and delivery
- Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with
- Arrange shipment accordance to sales order
- Retrieve mill test certificates when require
- Monitor and assist the Finance Dept. in collecting payment from the customers
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when necessary
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the sales of valves, pipes & fittings, hardware products or electrical items, especially in the oil & gas industry
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good analytical mind and planning skills
