Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of sales orders, while also providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Order Processing:

• Accurately receive, process, and manage sales orders from customers via various channels (phone, email, online).
• Verify order details, pricing, and product availability.
• Enter and maintain accurate sales order data in the company's system.
• Generate and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and shipping.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.

Sales Support:

• Assist in administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Assist with the creation of quotations.

• A minimum of a Diploma in any discipline.
• Strong command of written & verbal English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
