• Prepare invoices, credit notes, and statements of accounts.
• Perform reconciliation work and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of reporting schedules and other financial reports.
• Record key entries into the accounting system accurately and promptly.
• Track intercompany transactions and reconcile outstanding balances.
• Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
