Roles & Responsibilities :

• Responsible daily accounting functions , managing end-to-end processes including generate billing , verifying vendor invoices and expense claims , coding , obtaining approval and execution process
• Ensure verification processes align with company policies and procedures
• Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger and addressing any discrepancies
• Monitor aging and follow up on outstanding items to maintain positive relationship with stakeholders
• Ensure timely and completeness of month end closing process , including preparing related reports and audit schedules
• Assist in cash flow planning to ensure smooth and efficient finance cycle
• Support the preparation of documents for GST filing
• Collaborate with the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager to develop internal controls and compliance processes to enhance operational efficiency and strengthening risk management
• Perform other related accounting duties assigned by superior

• Diploma or Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification .
• Minimum 3 years' experience in maintaining partial account of AR / AP in manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin ( need to liaise with chinese-speaking counterparts )
• Proficient in MS office & experience in ERP software ( MES, Yonyou, SAP or Oracle )
• Merticulous , team player with can-do attitude and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines .
• Workplace based in Tuas South , transport will be provided at designated pickup point .
