As an Associate Executive, Appointments (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Provide frontline support to manage patient, client, and internal enquiries in line with service standards
Handle phone, email, and walk-in enquiries professionally and promptly
Triage, prioritise, and resolve requests, escalating complex cases when required
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for outpatient referrals
Ensure referrals and appointments comply with hospital protocols
Follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution and closure
Maintain accurate records and documentation in relevant systems
Monitor requests to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Provide clear and accurate information on services and processes
Support administrative tasks and ad hoc duties within the Patient Liaison Centre

Requirements:

Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent field.
Prior relevant working experience is a plus.
