As a Manager, Operations (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the Director, Operations, Clinical HODs, and key stakeholders in planning, developing, and implementing new care models and clinical services.
• Lead and oversee a team providing clinical operations support to selected clinical departments.
• Drive service improvement projects and developmental initiatives to enhance patient journey and operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate project planning, execution, and follow-up for clinical operations initiatives.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and analysis to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Support resource management, including budget planning and procurement activities.
• Coordinate event management and logistics on an ad-hoc basis when required.
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on operational, service, infrastructure, IT, regulatory, and financial matters.
• Work closely with senior management, clinical leaders, and ground managers to support smooth operations and patient-centred care delivery.
• Participate in or lead cross-functional initiatives to support strategic development and implementation of clinical services.
• Take on rotational opportunities across different clinical departments to broaden operational exposure and support career progression.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in healthcare administration.
