Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description:

• Process sales transactions, including orders, returns, cancellations, and follow-ups
• Prepare and submit quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for delivery arrangements
• Manage inventory and stock based on customer orders
• Send daily sales, order, and inquiry reports
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving sales-related issues
• Support the sales team with documentation, scheduling, and sales material preparation
• Maintain and update customer and sales records in Excel and internal systems
• Prepare daily sales/order reports
• Perform general admin tasks and other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Able to communicate in Japanese language with Japanese-speaking shareholders and clients.
• Prior experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Friendly, cooperative, and team-oriented personality
