Elephant Grounds is an award-winning Hong Kong-born lifestyle brand renowned for its specialty coffee, Japanese influenced cuisine, and café culture. • Assist in preparing baked goods including sourdough, croissants, and pastries.
• Support daily production for Elephant Grounds Singapore under guidance of Head Baker.
• Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
• Follow recipes and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assist in R&D trials and seasonal bakery items when required.
• Learn and improve baking techniques through training and practice.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery or pastry productions, preferably in a café or bakery setting.
• Knowledge of artisanal bread and pastries; exposure to viennoiserie is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely.
• Passion for baking, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.
