About the Role
We’re hiring a Junior Business Development Executive to support lead generation, partnership outreach and early-stage business development efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in how businesses grow and how client opportunities are created.
What You’ll Be Doing- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners
- Support lead generation efforts through campaigns and outreach activities
- Conduct basic research on client profiles and market opportunities
- Help prepare simple presentations and outreach materials
- Track and update business development progress and leads
- Base pay + performance-based incentives
- Exposure to business development and client acquisition
- Training in outreach, communication and client handling
- Opportunities to be involved in campaigns and partnerships
- Clear career pathway into business development or client strategy roles
- Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree holder
- Fresh grads with interest in business, sales or client growth
- Strong communication and learning mindset
- Proactive and comfortable engaging new people
- Team-oriented with a willingness to take initiative
