Job Position: Technical Support Operator, (Assistant Manager Level) - Amended

• Support Failure Analysis for Quality Issues (Report issues found, provide relevant information and follow solutions to their conclusion.)
• Conduct and support Customer Meeting & Quality Improvement Activities (*If you have experience of customer service then we also welcome entry-level candidates)
• Monitor product quality, identify areas of improvement and address those issues with innovative solutions.

• At least 1-3 years of Technical support work experience in engineering activities such as hardware set up, test execution and monitoring of product validation in related fields (including but not limited to the semiconductor industry).
• Experience in technical support or interact with customer for request/inquiry with proactive attitude
• Support senior engineers with documentation, email follow-ups, and administrative tasks. (ex, daily report to HQ)
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Microsoft office (Excel, Power point)

• Preferred Engineering Major with Electronic / Computer engineering background
• Preferred work experience or understanding in electrical & electronics Engineering related fields or semiconductor industry.
• Korean language will be advantaged.
• Work cross-functionally with international teams, and project managers in an effort to ensure delivery of world-class products to our international customers.
• Successful candidates will be proactive, willing to learn and able to work with responsibility and collaborate with international teams around the world.

• Basic salary: 3,800 ~ 4,400
• Fixed bonus: Equivalent to two months' salary,paid quarterly at 50% of the monthly base salary. (Annual based salary: 14mth salary)
• Allowance: $370.00

• Out of pocket medical lexpenses not covered by insurance can be reimbursement up to $1,000 per year
• Happy Friday: Off on the second Friday of every month
