Job Scope:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions
• Prepare sales proposals and follow up on progress
• Handle customer issues related to product specifications, quality, or delivery and coordinate with internal teams for solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Conduct product training and presentations for clients
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in solution-based selling is preferred
• Background in water treatment or pump-related industries will be an added advantage
• Strong team player with solid technical knowledge and effective communication skills
• Customer-focused with a good command of both spoken and written English
• Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation abilities
• Self-driven, dedicated, and results-oriented
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
