About the Company:Our client is a Singapore-headquartered leader in advanced membrane technologies, develops and manufactures PVDF hollow fiber membranes for water and wastewater treatment, serving municipal utilities, industrial clients, and engineering solution providers across Southeast Asia.
Job Purpose:We are seeking a technically proficient Sales & Marketing Manager to expand local and regional sales, develop strategic partnerships, and lead marketing initiatives. The role combines technical knowledge, business development skills, and marketing execution to support growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore and neighboring markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal utilities, industrial clients, EPCs, OEMs, and system integrators.
- Collaborate with engineering and applications teams to design tailored solutions for customer needs.
- Drive strategic partnerships and collaborations with key water agencies and industrial stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product promotions.
- Develop technical marketing materials: presentations, datasheets, brochures, and case studies.
- Manage digital channels: website content, newsletters, and LinkedIn updates.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Prepare technical write-ups and bid documents for projects and tenders.
- Support proposal presentations and project documentation for key clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in water treatment, membrane technology, or industrial equipment sales.
- Strong technical understanding of MBR/UF membrane systems preferred.
- Proven skills in customer relationship management, business development, and marketing execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for exhibitions, client visits, or site support.
