Job description:
Job Summary
This role supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to strengthen mall branding and enhance customer engagement. It also assists with tenant collaborations, casual leasing efforts, and stakeholder coordination to support the successful delivery of marketing programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Support: Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Track campaign performance and work on insights, assist with day-to-day event coordination and implementation.
- Branding & Messaging: Support to ensure all platforms must be updated timely and align with mall's image and objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in exploration of new strategies and contribute ideas to create content for social media platforms, email newsletters and other marketing materials.
- Casual Leasing: Support team to source new/potential concepts and reach out to prospects to drive revenue.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation in marketing programmes. Coordination with appointed vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Customer Service: Understand operational processes and support to cover team as and when required.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team including maintaining campaign assets, preparation of purchase orders, licence agreements, sales submissions as and when required.
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an interest in branding, design and content creation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with a proactive and positive learning attitude.
Education Bachelors Diploma in Business Studies or Marketing
