Job Description of Customer Service Officer
Lease premise taking over
(1) Inspect the lease premise with the facilities management team before taking over the lease premise
Room preparation
(1) Check the leased premise for defects or damages before students check in
(2) Prepare rooms for viewing
(3) Ensure the room is ready for new student in cleanliness, space allocation etc.
Student check in/on boarding
(1) Tenancy Agreement signed by student – done by Marketing using app
(2) Photo taken of check in conditions of the rooms and leased premise
(3) Brief the students of the hostel rules, rubbish chute, Wi-Fi password
(4) Help student to familiarise with the hostel location and nearest MRT
Student Matters
(1) Attend to student/parents’ queries, concerns, requests
(2) Random check on quality of service, hostel cleanliness
(3) Students' feedback form (set up, reply and copy to Operation)
(4) Checking the student’s happiness level & well being
Student check out /off boarding
(1) Confirm the final defects or damage list with the student
(2) Proceed with check out form signed by the students
