Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware support for desktop and laptop systems.
• Assist users with common applications on their workstations (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus software, Adobe Acrobat).
• Deliver first-level network support, including wireless and VoIP phone assistance.
• Set up and prepare new workstations for users efficiently.
• Manage user accounts, including ID and email setup and password management.
• Participate in IT upgrading projects as directed by a supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in computer science or related field.
• Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve laptop issues.
• Capable of working independently and effectively in a team.
• Ability to interact with users of diverse backgrounds.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
