Salary: $1,900 – $2,900Location: West, Central (Will be assigned to a polyclinic)
Working Hours: 42 hours/week | 5.5-day work week (staggered shifts)
Monday to Friday:
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday:
- 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Job Description
We are looking for a service-oriented and responsible individual to join our pharmacy retail team in a polyclinic setting.
Key Responsibilities- Operations
- Ensure store opens punctually and systems are ready for operations
- Monitor patient queues and assist to reduce waiting time
- Prepare and manage daily cash float
- Promote weekly specials and perform upselling
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail and storage areas
- Ensure store security (stocks, premises, and data)
- Maintain equipment and proper documentation
- Monitor and replenish stock levels
- Ensure stock is stored under proper conditions
- Handle goods receipt, inter-branch transfers, and discrepancies
- Assist in stock counts and inventory checks
- Administration
- Maintain accurate daily sales records
- Perform data entry into inventory systems (SAP)
- Organize and file retail documents systematically
- Assist in generating monthly reports
- Training & Support
- Assist in onboarding and guiding new staff
- Support briefings for promoters and team members
- General Duties
- Carry out duties assigned by Reporting Officer
- Participate in workplace improvement initiatives
- Minimum GCE N or O Levels
- Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service (Healthcare / Retail / Hospitality)
- Cashiering experience
- Must be willing to learn basic pharmaceutical knowledge to differentiate medications and support patient enquiries
