Marketing, Assistant Manager

Job Scope:

• Drive and maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
• Oversee brand communications across social media, website, corporate materials, events, and campaigns
• Translate the company’s OOH offerings, capabilities, and success stories into clear, compelling narratives
• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
• Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Create, curate, and oversee engaging content including posts, photos, short-form videos, case studies, and campaign highlights
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize content based on insights and trends
• Manage the company website, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and optimal user experience
• Plan and implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvements
• Track website and SEO performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements
• Plan and execute marketing events in line with the company’s strategic goals
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and success
• Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand communications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for developing impactful presentations, sales decks, and brand materials
• Working knowledge of video-editing tools to create and edit content for social media, website, presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
