Marketing Assistant (Enrichment Centre)

About Us

We cater to Kindergarten to Primary 6 students, integrating AI technology with innovative teaching methods to improve Chinese language learning while fostering cultural appreciation.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote enrichment programmes to prospective parents to drive student enrolments
• Respond professionally to enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Support marketing initiatives such as events, roadshows, and social media campaigns
• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)
• Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments to enhance engagement
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance and lead conversions
• Maintain and update customer databases and enquiry records
• Coordinate promotional materials (e.g. brochures, banners, digital assets)

Requirements

• Diploma or ITE certification in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with systems that may include non-English content (such as Mandarin)

• Experience in marketing or customer service (education industry preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with good follow-up and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
