Up $3500 | Aesthetic Clinic Assistant

Job Description:

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk coordination
• Provide excellent customer service and attend to patient enquiries professionally
• Assist doctors and aesthetic therapists during treatments and procedures when required
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and necessary supplies prior to procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sterilisation of equipment and treatment areas
• Handle cashiering, billing, and general administrative duties
• Dispense skincare products and medications as instructed by doctors

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Prior experience in a clinic, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare setting is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency for registration and billing systems
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends
