Warehouse Executive

1. Warehouse Executive will manage and oversee all Cold Drinks warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The Warehouse Executive responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Prepare stock for deploy
• Prepare space for removal stock
• Planning for deliver
• Guide transporter for operation

• Stock count
• Data key in into system
• Monitor spares moving in technician side
• Update the stock and purchase if need it
• Monitor stock level frequently
• Planning for spares
• Purchasing process (quotation) (P&R)
• Refurbishment operation & planning
• Prepare accessory for (post mix & vending machine) installation
• Update equipment stock to sales
• Manage the inventory of equipment
• Do stock count for every month end for equipment
• KPI, attendant and jobs scope for internal technician
• Planning for internal technician jobs
• Monitor refurbishment, installation and transport contactor jobs
• Monitor housekeeping, facility and tools for CDE workshop and warehouse
• Testing all the new equipment and summit the report
• Check quality of refurbished equipment
• Declare work well machine and scrap (beyond machine)
• Do scrap and send report to write off from system
• Provide sticker or any accessory for sales (purchasing if need)
• New product (SKU) testing and send report
• Arrange training for new equipment
• Monitor or arrange all oversea shipment (import or export)

1. Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Operation, Electrical Engineering etc
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain or relevant
3. Other Knowledge/ Skills: MS office, SAP
