About the role
SING SPARE PARTS CO PTE LTD is seeking a full-time Warehouse Executive to join our team in Kampong Ubi, Central Region. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and organised operation of our company's warehouse, ensuring the timely distribution of our products and maintaining high standards of inventory control.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods
- Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of inventory
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels, conducting regular audits and stock counts
- Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and protocols to maximise productivity
- Liaise with customer service, logistics, and other departments to address any warehouse-related issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance warehouse operations
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe and compliant with all relevant regulations
- Manage and develop the warehouse team, providing training and coaching as needed
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Knowledge of warehousing best practices, safety regulations and inventory management principles
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field would be an advantage
