HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and confirmation letters
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Support monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, and tax submissions
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and claims
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR matters
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee office administration, vendors, and workplace facilities
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and guidelines from SkillsFuture Singapore(SSG) and EduTrust Certification Scheme (EduTrust)
  • Assisting with audits, reporting, and HR/Admin projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 2–3years of HR/Admin or HR generalist experience (education sector is a plus)
  • Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
  • Knowledge of SSG / EduTrust requirements is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information
  • A team player with a hands-on and adaptable approach
