Job Description

Be part of Singapore’s world-class airport service team! We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join us as Customer Service Officers at Changi Airport. You will play a vital role in ensuring passengers enjoy a smooth and welcoming travel experience.

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, ensuring efficient service
• Manage departure procedures to maintain smooth passenger flow
• Provide personalized support to passengers with special needs
• Deliver excellent customer service in premium airport lounges
• Uphold service standards to create a positive travel experience

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work 6-day rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Pleasant personality with a strong passion for customer service
• Prior customer service experience will be an advantage (not mandatory)

• 6 days per week on rotating shifts
• Transport provided for shifts ending after midnight
