Assistant Operations Manager (Catering) - Bedok

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to lead and manage our catering operations team. This role ensures smooth daily deliveries, event execution, and operational excellence across all areas of catering.

• Plan and schedule daily catering deliveries to ensure timeliness and efficiency.
• Proactively monitor and resolve day-to-day delivery or logistic issues.
• Conduct daily briefings with staff on orders, special requests, and service standards.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team for peak performance and professionalism.
• Oversee on-site event logistics—setup, execution, and tear-down to meet client expectations.
• Supervise workflows including warehousing, inventory, and food safety compliance.
• Manage proper usage, cleanliness, and maintenance of vehicles and operational equipment.
• Ensure service quality and client satisfaction, implementing improvements when needed.
• Act as a backup driver during emergencies or staff shortages (if required).

• Experience in catering operations, logistics, or F&B management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with food hygiene regulations and SOP compliance.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Operations Manager role.
