1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Updating AR Invoices in QuickBooks Online system
• Issue Debit and Credit Notes
• Data entry for AR receipts and AP payments
• Processed payments and applied them to customer/supplier balances.

1. Management Report

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare monthly management reports (P&L and balance sheet) for management review)
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to facilitate audits and compliance reviews

1. Other Duties

• Assist in other AR/AP/GL functions when required
• Assist in preparing documents for yearly external audit
• Filing of sales invoices, delivery orders, export documents in compliance with GST

• Min. Diploma in Accounting
• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Independent with strong sense of responsibility
• A good team player
