We are seeking an Accounting & Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the Accounting Department. This entry-level role is suitable for candidates who are keen to learn and gain hands-on experience in accounting and office administration.

The role also involves coordinating closely with the Operations Team on daily game card and dispenser orders, as well as assisting with inventory, cash handling, claims processing, and basic month-end tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the full cycle of accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements
  • Work closely with departments in processing daily orders, invoices, expense claims, and other financial transactions
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
  • Manage game card, premiums & consumable item inventory, including stock counts
  • Perform general office administration duties (e.g., filing, data entry, office supplies coordination)
  • Follow company procedures and ensure accuracy in all assigned tasks
Requirements
  • Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience is not required
  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Willingness to learn and take instructions
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Comfortable handling cash and inventory
