Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)

Requirements:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Process job order taking and data entry related to vehicle breakdown services
• Accurately capture and submit job orders using GPS/CAD systems
• Assign and monitor job status to ensure timely service delivery
• Liaise with contractors when external services are required
• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary
• Perform credit card transactions when required
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Responsibilities:

• Minimum ‘N’ Level qualification or above
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Good computer literacy and communication skills
• Service-oriented, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Entry level candidates with positive attitude are welcome to apply as training will be provided
