Job Description & Requirements
  • Food preparation: Wash, chop, and measure ingredients; mix batters and sauces; and prepare meats, vegetables, and other foods for cooking.
  • Ensure all food is fresh and of high quality;
  • plate and garnish dishes according to specifications
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and equipment;
  • execute opening and closing procedures;
  • and ensure proper storage and rotation of food items.
  • Monitor stock levels, restock ingredients as needed, and properly store food to prevent spoilage
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service, and communicate with other team members about orders and needs.
  • Capacity to work under pressure during the extremely busy period
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
  • A deep understanding of authentic Bangladesh & India food preparation.
  • Check food while cooking to stir or turn
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Grill, bake, fry, steam, and boil ingredients to prepare dishes according to recipes and established standards.
