  1. HRA - ADMINISTER, FACILITATE, COORDINATE AND CONDUCT IN-HOUSE PROGRAMS:
  • Standard Operation Procedures
  • Design, produce training content/materials.
  • Assist in daily administration work including but not limited to prepare memo, notice and minutes writing.
  1. HRA – HANDLE AND PARTICIPATE IN STAFF ACTIVITIES:

  • Annual and Quarterly Staff Gathering.

  • Festival Celebration.
  • Assist in any company event but not limited to Qing Ming and Enlightenment Ceremony duty
  1. CENTRAL PURCHASING
  • Conduct sourcing activities, negotiate and evaluate on suppliers price, delivery and payment terms to determine the most desirable vendors/suppliers.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aimed at maximizing cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Be informed on latest trends of merchandise available in the market.
  • Analyze market trends and evaluate supplier performance to guide informed purchasing decisions.
  • To source for new supplier and compare prices of existing supplier.
  • Handle, monitor and verify Purchase Requisition, Capital Expenditure Request and other related documents.
  • Conduct final check on all the Invoice against the set of purchase.
  • Prepare monthly purchasing report for respective section and work with related departments to determine the nature of product requirement.
  • Review supplier performance to ensure the products/services are received on time with justified pricing and quality.
  • Interview and visit suppliers’ distribution centers to assess their credibility and capabilities.
  • Ensure purchasing functions conformance to ISO Standard.
  • Communicate and act as the central point of communication between internal and external clients and the vendors, for all commercial matters including on non-conforming of goods and services.
  • Liaising with logistic company for imported goods from overseas to office. Communicate with suppliers on claims of excess, short-shipment, damaged, wrong items, quality issues and missing packages.
  • Build and maintain relationship with existing suppliers and also source for new and potential suppliers to have competitive product prices.
  • Generate reports for management to track procurement performance and savings.
  1. Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management to you from time to time.
