Relationship Manager (SME Financing)

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager (SME Financing) to drive portfolio growth, manage SME clients, and deliver end-to-end financing solutions.
Responsibilities
Sales and Relationship Management- Originate and develop relationships with SME clients seeking real estate-backed financing
- Proactively manage and grow an SME loan portfolio, increasing both client base and loan book
- Maintain close relationships with existing borrowers and support ongoing credit requests
- Prepare credit proposals and conduct financial analysis and due diligence
- Work closely with internal teams to support credit approval and transaction execution
- Coordinate documentation requirements between borrowers and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with external parties including lawyers, valuers, insurers, and service providers to ensure timely loan documentation and disbursement
- Support post-disbursement account management and repayment monitoring
- Follow up on repayments and manage early-stage collection matters
- Work with the team on restructuring or managing distressed loans where required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking, SME financing, or relationship management
- Hands-on experience in credit assessment and financing documentation
- Strong understanding of SME and real estate-backed financing structures
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging clients and external stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team
- Base salary up to S$5,000 (commensurate with experience)

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Annual leave: 14 days (1 day added per year after 2 full years of service, up to 18 days)
