Job Description As a core member of the Corporate Banking team, you will: Partner closely with Relationship Managers in managing a diversified corporate portfolio Perform in-depth credit analysis, prepare credit proposals, and conduct regular credit reviews Process credit applications and prepare loan and security documentation Conduct comprehensive KYC onboarding and ongoing monitoring in compliance with regulatory standards Support transaction monitoring, client order tracking, and ensure timely execution of banking facilities Assist in new client onboarding, business development efforts, client meetings, and site visits Prepare management, marketing, and regulatory reports with accuracy and strong attention to detail Liaise with internal stakeholders and Head Office to ensure seamless deal execution and approval processes Contribute actively to improving internal workflows and operational efficiency The Successful Applicant Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting, or related field Minimum 3 years' experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking as an Assistant RM, Credit Analyst, or Financial Analyst Strong foundation in credit assessment, financial analysis, and corporate banking products Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Singapore Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical thinking, report writing, and interpersonal skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware What's on Offer Direct exposure to regional corporate clients and cross-border transactions Hands-on experience in credit structuring and portfolio management Opportunity to work alongside experienced senior bankers A professional, collaborative, and performance-driven environment Clear career progression pathway within Corporate Banking
